If you are squeamish, you may not be able to look at the above video. A doctor in Mumbai, India takes a look in his patient eye after he complained about having irritation there. No one was prepared for what the doctor saw embedded and alive in the affected eye.

A 5 inch worm had set up home in the patient's eye and the shocked doc had to remove it without injuring the cornea, a delicate feat. Take a look above to see what I mean--that is if you're strong enough.

Where did this worm come from and how did it 'worm' its way into the eye without the man feeling it? Did it go in there as a larva and grew to that size while within the eye? Either way, this is one unbelievable story. Swimming in rivers can expose humans to some kinds of worms whick like to burrow beneath our skin.
